Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To arrange this please contact us by calling +44 1280 823803 within UK office hours, or by email: returns@racelogic.co.uk

Please include your original order number, name and shipping address, and reason for the return. We will then issue a Returns Material Advice number (RMA) so that the goods can be checked back into stock and a refund issued.


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.

UK customers placing their order before 12 noon UK time will generally receive their goods the following working day. International shipments have a lead time of two to three working days depending on size of order.

Please note that if your shipping address is in a remote area, Racelogic reserve the right to increase delivery costs accordingly.  Also note that transit time for shipments to these regions may be longer.

Should you wish to collect your order from our headquarters in Buckingham please select the 'Collection from Buckingham' shipping method at the checkout. You will then be sent a collection date and time.
